Who are we?
The company started in 1990. as a workshop for production and repair of brake cylinders, and today we operate as a company in product development and production of parts made of polymer and metal materials.

Laser engraving
fiber laser engraving
The working surface of our laser is 600mm*900mm. It also has one rotary axis that can be positioned along the X or Y axis of the machine and engrave cylindrical parts. It has a MOPA (Master Oscillator Power Amplifier) generator that can be used for color engraving on stainless steel, but it should be noted that the color produced by laser is not as vibrant as traditional spectrum colors.

Swiss turning
Swiss lathe machining is type of turning operation that is used for machining small, long parts. Swiss-type lathes are designed for this parts, with bushings that allow for long, thin parts to be machined without the need for steady rests or tailstocks.
Honing
In case of high requirements for roundness, cylindricity and surface roughness, we use honing process, which achieves surface roughness of about 0,1 to 0,4 micrometers Ra.
